Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TwitterSnap. These Terms govern your access to and use of our platform, API, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TwitterSnap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TwitterSnap provides a platform that allows users to generate high-resolution screenshots of tweets and threads. The Service includes a web application, a REST API, and batch processing tools. Features and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. TwitterSnap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits may be purchased individually or as part of a subscription plan. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. TwitterSnap reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) generate screenshots of tweets in a manner that misrepresents their original content or context; (d) engage in automated scraping or abuse of the API beyond your plan limits; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
TwitterSnap and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TwitterSnap and are protected by intellectual property laws. Screenshots generated through the Service remain subject to the intellectual property rights of the original tweet authors. TwitterSnap does not claim ownership over tweet content.
7. API Usage
Access to the TwitterSnap API is subject to rate limits defined by your subscription plan. You may not redistribute or resell API access. TwitterSnap reserves the right to revoke API access for abuse or violation of these Terms. API keys must be kept confidential and must not be shared or exposed publicly.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TwitterSnap does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TwitterSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall TwitterSnap's total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
TwitterSnap may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
11. Changes to Terms
TwitterSnap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
